Selectmen approve wage increases for administrative staff and transfer station manager.

NH DUNBARTON — Board of Selectmen approves wage increases for administrative and transfer staff. The board unanimously voted to apply a 3 percent step wage merit increase to the Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper positions, and approved a $2.50 pay differential increase for the acting Interim Transfer Station Manager, raising that position to $6.00 total. Fire Chief Brandon Skoglund briefed the board on departmental staffing gaps and the Fire Department's participation in a federal grant-funded regional emergency services feasibility study alongside Fire Chiefs from Goffstown, New Boston, and Weare.

The September 8th election is approaching, with Route 13 closing for approximately 90 minutes during Old Home Day parade operations.
