NH DUNBARTON — Planning Board continued Bela Brook Farm site plan review to July 15 hearing. Applicant Ray Plante presented a proposal for a farm store and seasonal ice cream stand at 125 Grapevine Road within a 1.7-acre conservation-easement excluded area. The farm operates 11 cattle, honeybees, poultry, and a 115-tap sugar shack with retail under 300 square feet, operating May through September Wednesday through Sunday 2 to 8 p.m., with 15 employees.

The board required state health and food-service certificates, certified septic design, NHDES permits, and revised site plans addressing parking and traffic safety at a dangerous blind turn before the July 15 continuation.
