NH DUNBARTON — Dunbarton Planning Board approves three documents for Springwood Homes open space subdivision. The board unanimously approved a performance surety bond, Declaration of Open Space Covenants and Restrictions, and a roadway agreement for Owls Nest Lane serving the 10-lot development on Twist Hill Road. All three votes passed 7-0 in the February 18 workshop meeting.
The board also set 6:00 pm workshop meeting times prior to regular Planning Board meetings and discussed potential amendments to subdivision and zoning regulations regarding open space subdivisions.
