NH DUNBARTON — Planning Board approves four zoning amendments and readies flood hazard updates. Chair Chuck Frost and members Ken Swayze, Ken Koerber, and ex-officio Mike Kaminski unanimously approved Amendment #1 updating Accessory Dwelling Unit language; Amendment #2 reducing animal housing setback from 100 feet to 50 feet in residential settings; Amendment #3 converting Riding Academy or Commercial Stable to Permitted by Right; and Amendment #4 replacing the town's 1966 Sign Ordinance with newly drafted regulations, including Kaminski-requested language prohibiting signage placement on telephone poles. The board voted unanimously to bring Subdivision Regulations Section V and Site Plan Review Regulations F to a February public hearing to comply with mandatory FEMA flood hazard language required by March deadline.
