Planning Board approves Bella Brook Farm ice cream stand site plan
Planning Board · Meeting of July 15, 2026
NH DUNBARTON — Planning Board unanimously approves Bella Brook Farm ice cream stand site plan. Applicant Ray Plante presented revisions addressing traffic circulation, parking layout, and septic system concerns; the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services confirmed no public water system permit was required, and a provisional food service license was issued by the State pending final inspection. The Board established operating hours of seven days per week, year-round, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and required installation of directional traffic signs, identification of overflow parking areas, and clarification of septic system components on the revised plan.
Any future development or expansion must return to the Planning Board for review.
