NH DUNBARTON — Planning Board unanimously adopts revised Land Subdivision Regulations incorporating mandatory FEMA flood hazard compliance amendments. Chair Chuck Frost and the seven-member board approved four discrete regulatory changes across sections covering general requirements, application procedures, and surety requirements, with all amendments taking effect immediately and to be recorded by the Town Clerk. A Springwood 10-lot open space subdivision on Twist Hill Road accepted its performance bond, roadway agreement, and open space covenant and moves to the Selectboard on February 19 for final approval before site work commences.
The board designated 2026 goals to review open space density calculations, covenants, and easements for possible further regulatory refinement.
