Joint Loss Management Committee · Meeting of June 17, 2026

NH DUNBARTON — Joint Loss Management Committee approves prior minutes, advances safety protocols. The panel, chaired by Library Director Mary Girard, reviewed first aid kit inventory, exterior lighting failures, and security camera needs across town departments. Police have installed their cameras; Town Office installations remain on hold due to budget constraints, pending a written policy on camera access.

Fire Chief Brandon Skoglund reported acquisition of new CPR mannequins and automated external defibrillators, with two additional trainers hired and a pilot public session underway at School Street Café. The committee directed Town Administrator Line Comeau to follow up with the Select Board on a proposed speed bump west of the Selectmen's Office entrance to address Route 13 traffic.
