NH DUNBARTON — The Board of Selectmen revised the Town Personnel Policy Plan with sweeping changes. Board Chair Michael Kaminski, Vice-Chair Dana Lavoie, and Selectman Charles Frost approved updates to compensation, benefits, and conduct policies across multiple areas. Changes included replacing "seniority" with "longevity," raising the bereavement contribution limit from $100 to $150, adding life insurance for eligible employees, and streamlining educational reimbursement approval.

The board struck emergency overtime language identified as subject to past abuse, simplified part-time paid-time-off accrual, and updated the conflict-of-interest threshold to items valued in excess of $50.
